Regional LUMA Centres

13 regional LUMA Centres are operating across Finland. They organize activities primarily for children, young people, and teachers in their own regions, as well as online for the whole country. Board
The Board decides, among other things, on the use of shared funding and its allocation to the regional LUMA Centres. The Chair of the Board is Sari Harmoinen, and the Vice Chair is Mervi Asikainen.
The network’s universities appoint a representative and a deputy representative to the Board. For the 2025–2029 term, the Board consists of:
